I readTrust No One as part of the Criminally Good Book Club's February selection. If you aren't already following them on Instagram, go now!
This thriller fell flat for me. It started off intriguing and possibly stayed that way throughout the story unfolding, but on a plateau. There was no acceleration of suspense in this one. This book moved too slowly for my preferences. I found myself reading it simply to finish it, to find out what the truth was and how it would end. This one lacked excitement and was a bit predictable over all.
If you like slow paced thrillers that won't keep you up at night, this one is definitely for you. If you need something keeping you up past your bedtime and making you tired the next day, skip this read.
This book cover deserves some serious recognition, though. I LOVE it.
